The check-in is 15:00, although we often allow people to check-in as early as possible. This mainly depends on the occupation on the previous day. The check-out time is flexible until 2 pm if you have made the reservation directly by phone, email or website.

The departure is at 12 in the morning, although the hotel can offer, depending on availability, a two-hour extension, without additional charge if you make the reservation on the official hotel website. For departures beyond two in the afternoon, please check with the front desk.

It is always preferable if the client tells us their preference. By default, the standard double room is one bed. If you prefer two beds, please let us know either by email or by the way where you made the reservation, in the comments field.

Economy rooms are smaller than standard rooms. In addition to this, the individual rooms are all interior. All economy double rooms have one double bed 1,35 meters large. There is no chance to get two beds in this kind of room.

Deluxe double rooms are special bed large size of 2,10 meters. In addition, they have special services such as a coffee machine, 4 daily capsules, two daily bottles of water, bathrobe, slippers and Premium WIFI.

Sadly, our rooms do not have balconies or terraces.

Liabeny is a Green Hotel, so smoking is prohibited in all rooms. We are a smoke-free hotel.

We have 7 floors and four lifts.

Hotel Liabeny is gradually adapting so that their guests with a disability can feel at home. At this time, guests can move freely throughout the hotel. It is true that to access some locations, there are still certain inconveniences.

Yes, we can care your luggage until your check-out.

We can store your luggage for you at no extra charge as long as you have been staying at the hotel when you drop it off and you have another stay on the day of collection.If one of these conditions is not met, then the charge will be €5 per day for luggage storage.Furthermore, you can also send the dirty clothes to our laundry service at the end of the stay, so they are ready for your next visit.

Hotel Liabeny has a car park, which costs from € 30 per day for cars and 18 € for motorbikes (in 2023). If you have a room reservation, the cost will be 26 €, but if you have made the reservation directly on the website, by phone or email, you’ll have a special rate of 20 €. There is a person who looks after this car park, who will take your car keys and take care of luggage.

We have a computer in the hotel lobby for guest use free of charge. Please ask at reception.

Yes. A WIFI system is installed throughout the hotel, and is free for guests. You can also contract a WIFI PREMIUM, which costs 4 € a day.

Hotel Liabeny has a laundry service, where you can leave your laundry to be cleaned and ironed or just cleaned. Cleaned and ironed clothes are provided to the clients the day after being collected. In case you want this service to be delivered on the same day, we will apply an increase of 50% on the price. For dry cleaning service, please ask the hotel for price and delivery time. There are not irons or iron boards available.

At the Concierge of Hotel Liabeny you can not only hire cars, but you can also purchase theatre, cinema and football tickets; make restaurant bookings, or any other service you may require

Not as a complementary service. But we can send you a private van to collect you. The cost depends on the time of collection and number of people. You can send an email to conserjeria@liabeny.com.

We have three in the vicinity: SOL, CALLAO and GRAN VÍA. The one that brings you in from the airport is SOL.

You have to take the exit Carmen Street. Once you reach this street, walk 75 metres, and you will arrive at the corner of the hotel. You have to go up Salud Street a bit, and then you will find the main entrance.

This service was free of charge, but due to the big demand, in case of having more than 3 parcels, we have been obliged to charge 2 € a day per package from the forth one, because of space problems.
